This weekend someone asked me for healthy and quick breakfast options. I was able to think of a few off the top of my head, but realized when it comes to breakfast I tend to do the same thing over and over.
Breakfast has always been hard for me. I'm just not that hungry when I wake up and I'd rather just grab something quick, like a granola bar on my way out the door. So this week I'm challenging myself to get a little more creative with breakfast and make an extra effort.

Monday: Fresh fruit smoothie
