Wow friends, this weekend completely got away from me!

Saturday we spent the majority of the day cleaning the house and on a constant laundry rotation. Not my favorite way to spend a weekend, but we were together and it got done so yay!

Yesterday, we celebrated Easter with family, friends, and great food. Pax didn't hunt any eggs, but he did hang out the Easter bunny and he even seemed to like him!

Needless to say, I'm a little bit behind in planning out my week. But life happens and I'd rather enjoy it then get bogged down by chaos. Anyone else feel this way sometimes?

Monday: Cereal

Weekend leftovers

Tamales with avocado cream sauce (trader Joe's has the best ones!)

Tuesday: English muffin

Mixed green salad with mango

Wednesday: Bagel

Leftovers

Thursday: Power balls

Leftovers

Hummus veggie and rice wraps

Friday: Smoothie

Eat out OR Black beans and rice with avocado

Saturday: Oatmeal with fruit

Veggie burgers

Buffalo cauliflower tacos
